When you come in for your appointment, please arrive a few minutes early and come to the main desk to let us know that you have arrived. If the program that you signed up for includes a uniform, we will size you at that time to get you prepared for your class.
If your plans change, please give us a call to cancel or reschedule.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing with no metal zippers or belts. There is no footwear allowed on the mat but you can wear mat shoes (wrestling shoes) if you have them.
Don’t forget to bring water!
